Sorious Samura presented this man to the whole wide world via your Al Jazeera English network. Mr. Diarmuid Jeffreys, do you know who this man really is? Your documentary first introduces him in the words of Sorious Samura as "A Community Leader" in Masingbi. However, barely 36 seconds later in the same documentary, Al Jazeera forgets that he is supposed to be the Masingbi Community Leader and now presents him on the screen via text writing as an "Environmental Activist". The reality Mr. Diarmuid Jeffreys is that this man shown to the world by Sorious Samura does not live in Masingbi. He is an Opposition SLPP-PMDC agent who lives in Freetown and he is none other than the blood brother of Mariama, the wife of Sorious Samura.
So Mr. Diarmuid Jeffreys, my question is; How really should Al Jazeera have described this man? Is he:
A.) A Community Leader at Masingbi located 5 hours drive east from Freetown?
B.) A hitherto totally unknown "Environmental Activist" in Sierra Leone?
C.) Mrs. Mariama Sorious Samura's brother who lives right here in Freetown with his family along Aberdeen Ferry Road, Off Wilkinson Road, next to the Foodland Supermarket?
