TAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the High Court of Sierra Leone by FRIST INTERNATIONAL BANK S.L LIMITED in which the Plaintiff’s claim is for:

1. The recovery of the sum of US$4.030/00 and the sum of Le1,052, 532, 440/00 being amount due and owing to the Plaintiff by the Defendants payment of which was guaranteed by the 2nd and 3rd Defendants on behalf of the 1st Defendant by Staff Guarantor’s Form dated the 1st day of April 2009 respectively signed by the 2nd and 3rd Defendants.

2. Interest thereon pursuant to the Law Reform Miscellaneous Provision Act Cap 19 of the Laws of Sierra Leone 1960.

3. Damages

4. Any other relief or consequential Order.

5. Costs.

And that it has been ordered by the Court on the 2nd day of March 2012 that service on you of the Writ of Summons in the said action be affected by this advertisement. If you desire to defend the said action you must within 14 days from the publication of this advertisement inclusive of the day of such publication enter an appearance at the Master’s Office High Court of Sierra Leone. In default of such appearance judgment may be entered against you.
