Sorie Fofana, you being the Publisher of Global Times, you will recall that some months ago, I had cause to not only deny your assertion concerning a US$3,500 you claimed I collected from Haja Afsatu Kabba but to also demand a retraction and apology from you.

In response to my demand at that time, you published a further insistence that Haja Afsatu Kabba was your defence witness in any such criminal or civil court case I might undertake.  Haja Afsatu Kabba, needless to say, has already denied your insistence.

Last Friday June 8th 2012, you have also repeated the wild claim which, I am again insisting to you, has absolutely no merit. For legal purposes, I am once again putting it down on record that I am demanding a retraction and apology from you. Again, I am openly publishing my demand for a retraction and apology in the hope you or your legal advisers (if any) might see reason and [have you] quickly rectify your misdeeds.
