Procurement of Rice

Invitation for Bids

The Sierra Leone Police (SLP) has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone and intends to apply part of these funds for the Procurement of Rice and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following:

Partial quotation shall be declared non responsive.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can produce.

·   A valid Business License

·   A Valid Business Registration Certificate

·   Tax Clearance

·   Delivery period,

·   Country of origin of the goods,

·   NASSIT clearance certificate, where applicable,

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 10:00am to 4:00pm from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of three hundred thousand Leones (Le300,000.

00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 22nd June 2012 at 12 Noon. All Bids must be accompanied by the appropriate Bid Security.

Bids will be opened on 22nd June, 2012 at 12 Noon, in the Conference Room of the Sierra Leone Police (SLP), in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
