The Parliament of the Republic of Sierra Leone in collaboration with the Freetown City Council on 18th June 2012, in the State Hall of Parliament opened a book of condolence for the late Minority Leader, Honourable Momoh Pujeh who passed away on Thursday, 17th May, 2012.
Director of Public Relations Department of Parliament, Cyril Juxon Smith, who doubled as Master of Ceremony recalled the deceased as Representative of Constituency 08 in Kailahun District, a civil servant, man of positive sentiments, and Minority Leader of the SLPP in Parliament whose book of condolence was jointly opened by the House of Parliament and the Freetown City Council.

His Worship, the Acting Mayor, Mr. Gibril I. Kanu expressed his sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family as God alone giveth and taketh.
He remembered the late Momoh Pujeh as someone who had worked successfully in the private sector before entering into politics. He furthered that he had worked in the Ministries of Finance and Transport, served Constituency 08 in Kailahun District for two (2) consecutive terms, and later elected as Minority Leader of the SLPP in Parliament. He intimated those present that the deceased is a man of positivity, leadership, and the SLPP and the Municipality will be missing him.
Therefore, the little said of him, the better so as not to refresh old, but good memories.
The Leadership, Honourable Memebers of Parliament and the Municipality, family and party members, and other mourners all then signed the book of condolence at the State Hall of Parliament
