TAKE NOTICE that this action has been commenced against  you, LANSANA DUKURAY; ABDUL RAHMAN DUKURAY; NOAH DUKURAY; ALHAJI SEKOU DUKURAY; HAJA DUKURAY; SAMBA DUKURAY; LANSANA DUKURAY; HAJA DUKURAY; HAWA DUKURAY;MUSUKURA DUKURAY; NATA DUKURAY; ABDULAI DUKURAY; ISATU DUKURAY; KADIJATU DUKURAY; BINTU DUKURAY; SERAY DUKURAY; ISATU DUKURAY; and ALHAJI DUKURAY; in the High Court of Sierra Leone by MABINTY DUKURAY (as NEXT FRIEND of MABINTY DUKURAY, ALHAJI ABDULAI DUKUARY, FATMATA DUKURAY AND KISMA DUKURAY) in which the Plaintiffs are seeking for inter alia the following orders: that the plaintiffs herein are entitled to a beneficial interest in those pieces of property situate at No.21 Krootown Road, Freetown and No.3 Back Street Freetown which form part of the estate of Allie Dukuray (deceased intestate); that the Plaintiffs be empowered to sell or otherwise alienate the said property by private treaty and that solicitors for the Plaintiff and the 2nd Defendant have conduct of the said sale; that the purchase price for the said properties be paid to the 2nd Defendant; that the Honourable Court do cause reserved prices or minimum prices for the said properties to be determined by an auctioneer and that the Court fixes the reserved prices; that the Master & Registrar and/or the 2nd Defendant do execute a conveyance in favour  of the purchaser/s of such sale; any further orders and costs.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that it has been directed by Court Order dated 21st June 2012 that service of the Originating Summons on the said Defendants be effected by pasting same on the pieces of property situate at No.21 Krootown Road, Freetown and No.3 Back Street, Freetown and by publication of the same in two editions of a local tabloid.

If you desire to defend the said action you must within eight (8) days from the date of this publication enter an appearance at the High Court Registry, Law Courts’ Building, Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown. In default of such appearance judgment may be entered against you.
