The civic funeral ceremony for the late mother of His Excellency President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma, Mrs. Alice Rosaline Koroma, will this morning, Thursday 12th July 2012, be observed at the Miatta Conference Hall, Youyi Building in Freetown.

Sierra Leoneans and other nationals are expected to turn out in their numbers to observe prayers for the late Mrs. Koroma. After the civic ceremony, the mortal remains of Mrs. Koroma will be conveyed to Makeni Town, where a vigil would be held on Saturday 14th July and a funeral service on Sunday 15th July at the Wesleyan Church at  Rogbane Road in Makeni.
