To: WILFRED ANDERSON, 20 Spur Loop Wilberforce Freetown.

TAKE NOTICE that an action has  been commenced against you in the High Court of Sierra Leon at the suit of the abovementioned plaintiff for the following relief’s;

a. The recovery of the sum of USD 31,000 (thirty-one thousand United States dollars) being the balance due and owing to the plaintiff in respect of arrears of rent in respect of 20 Spur Loop Wilberforce Freetown for the period 1st May 2008 to 30th April 2012.

b. Forfeiture of the tenancy of 20 Spur Loop Wilberforce, Freetown

c.The recovery of possession of premises situate at 20 Spur Loop Wilberforce, Freetown

d. Interest on the sum of USD 31,000 from the 1st day of May 2008 to the date of judgment at a rate to be determined by the Honourable High Court.

e. Damages for breach of contract

f. Further or other relief

g. Costs.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the   High Court on 13th July 2012 ordered that the service of the Writ of Summons be substituted and that you are served with the Writ of Summons by advertisement in a newspaper.

AND TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that you must enter an appearance in the High Court or cause an appearance to be entered on your behalf to the Writ of Summons within 14 days after the day deemed for service. The second business day after the second publication of this advertisement is deemed the day of service. Take notice that in default of appearance the plaintiff will be at liberty to enter judgment in the High Court against you for the abovementioned relief’s.
