The U.S. State Department gave testimony during hearings of my asylum application after my student visas expired absolving me from any personal responsibility of this and testimony resulted in me being granted asylum in the US. The U.S. State Department provided records of my whereabouts during the NPRC administration and did not place me at the scene of the killings".
