TAKE NOTICE that an action has been brought against you in the High Court wherein the Plaintiff is seeking the following reliefs
1. Recovery of the sum of $ 5,923/- (Five Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty-Three United States Dollars)
2. Interests on the said sum, pursuant to the Section 4 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act. Cap 19 of the Laws of Sierra Leone 1960
3. Any further Order (s) that this Honourable Court may deem fit and just
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that it has been ordered by the High Court, by Court Order dated 8th day of February, 2017 granted by Honourable Mrs. Justice Army J. Wright J.:-
1.That Personal service of the Writ of Summons intituled FTCC 329/16 2016 F. No.39 between Fawaz Building Material (Plaintiff) and James Barmy Kaindoh (Defendant) is hereby dispensed with.
2.That the Writ of Summons referred to in 1 above be served on the Defendant by publication, in Four (4) Editions of Two (2) of the widely circulated/read Newspapers circulated in Freetown and in Bo.
3.That the Defendant shall enter an Appearance to the said Writ of Summons, within fourteen (14) days of the Fourth and Final publication of the said Writ of Summons.
IF YOU DESIRE to defend this action you must enter an Appearance either personally or by a Solicitor at the Masterís Office, High Court, Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown.
IF YOU MAKE DEFAULT in entering Appearance as aforesaid, Judgment may be entered against you without further notice.
