All the websites with the .sl extension in Sierra Leone, West Africa have been down now for the last 48 hours following some internal problems at Afcom(SL) Ltd., the company managing the DNS and domain names for the country's .sl extension. The website of the Office of the President at www.statehouse.sl is down as are many others including the one for the Ministry of Health (www.health.sl), the World Bank's IRCBP Project (www.ircbp.sl) and this newspaper (www.news.sl).
