ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, HOUSE AND HEREDITAMENTS situate, lying and being at Rock Street, Freetown in the Western Area of Republic of Sierra Leone measuring 0.0576 acre

AND

ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, HOUSE AND HEREDITAMENTS situate, lying and being at Smart Farm Road, Freetown in the Western Area of Republic of Sierra Leone measuring 0.234 acre

AND

ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, HOUSE AND HEREDITAMENTS situate, lying and being at Angle of Rock and Kissy Street (Sani Abacha Street), Freetown in the Western Area of Republic of Sierra Leone measuring 0.0886 acre

AND ON SATURDAY THE 9th DAY OF AUGUST 2008

ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, HOUSE AND HEREDITAMENTS situate, lying and being at No. 17 Spur Loop, Freetown in the Western Area of Republic of Sierra Leone measuring 0.3981 ACRE. BOTH SALES SHALL BE DONE ON THE RESPECTIVE SPOTS.

AND

ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, HOUSE AND HEREDITAMENTS situate, lying and being at No. 17 Spur Loop, Freetown in the Western Area of Republic of Sierra Leone measuring 0.6724 ACRE.

BOTH SALES SHALL BE DONE ON THE RESPECTIVE SPOTS.

1. The highest bidder shall be declared and shall be the Purchaser and he/she shall sign the bidding Memorandum after the declaration.
2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Sheriff one-half of the Purchase Money on the spot and the balance thereof at the office of the Sheriff not later than noon on the seventh day after the date of sale.
3. The Sheriff shall be at liberty to rescind the contract of sale if the Purchaser fails to comply with any of the stipulations in condition (2) above recited.
4. That the sale will be subject to a reserve price.
